We stand behind every UNCOIL device. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date
• The device and all included accessories must be returned in their original packaging
• The item must be in the same condition you received it — not damaged beyond normal use

How to start a return: Email us at contact@tryuncoil.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.

Damaged or defective items: If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us at contact@tryuncoil.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-returnable items:

• Items returned after the 60-day window
• Items showing significant physical damage caused by misuse

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
